My Mission Is to Help You Stop Playing Small and Start Leading with Confidence

What if someone had told you early in your career that it's not only okay to speak up—it's essential? That advocating for yourself, negotiating your worth, and setting boundaries aren't signs of being difficult, but signs of being a leader?

No one tells us these things. So we stay quiet. We doubt ourselves. We play small.

When I entered the workforce, I was eager and hardworking, just like you. I thought success meant working all hours, never saying no, and being the perfect employee. I sacrificed time with friends, family, and my husband—all to prove I was worthy of a seat at the table.

The irony? Before I got that seat, I was told I'd never be in management. That I didn't have leadership potential. That I should stay where I was because that's where I "fit."

My perfectionism, imposter syndrome, and people-pleasing left me feeling stuck and invisible. It wasn't until I took brave action—networking, asking for what I wanted, and refusing to accept limitations—that I finally broke through and earned that management position.

But here's what no one prepared me for: getting the title didn't fix the voice in my head telling me I wasn't good enough. I still struggled with imposter syndrome, overwork, and the belief that my worth was tied to my productivity.

Add in postpartum anxiety after my first daughter, secondary infertility, IVF, and the challenges of bringing my second daughter into the world, and by 2019, I was completely drained. After 20+ years in the workforce, I couldn't "fake it" anymore. I was struggling with anxiety, depression, and burnout that was affecting every area of my life.

In my darkest hours, I knew there had to be a better way.

And I found it.
